Definitions and Applicability

1.1 Definitions

gt99 may at any time, and in particular prior to processing a withdrawal request, ask for documents (national ID, passport, etc.) to verify your identity. If the correct documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provided at registration remains accurate. If any details change, please contact the gt99 support team to have them updated.

Age Requirements

gt99 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. All services on the platform are for persons aged 21 or above only. By opening an account, you confirm that you are currently 21 years of age or older.

If gt99 receives credible information that a user is under 21 years of age, that account will be suspended immediately and any funds deposited and winnings earned will be held pending review.

Account Security

4.1 Login Credential Protection

Keep your gt99 username and password completely confidential. Do not share or disclose this information to anyone else. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious transactions on your account, notify the gt99 support team immediately via live chat or email. If you fail to report in time, gt99 will not be liable for the resulting loss.

Deposit and Withdrawal

5.1 Payment Methods

Accepted methods for deposit and withdrawal on gt99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example via Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank). gt99 does not accept transactions via cryptocurrency or any other method not listed.

5.2 Limits and Timing

The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 — these limits apply to all methods. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

5.3 Account Ownership

The mobile number or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your name. Transactions through third-party accounts are not permitted and such requests will be declined.

gt99 reserves the right to investigate any transaction and to place a payment on hold where necessary, particularly if the transaction appears suspicious or identity verification has not been completed.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The gt99 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

6.2 Other Promotions

Regular promotions available on gt99 include:

• gt99 Weekly Reload Reward: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15 times. Minimum deposit ৳500. Can be claimed once per week on any deposit.
• gt99 Slot Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times. Minimum deposit ৳500. Available once per day when depositing for slot games.
• Cricket Season Special Offer: 25% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18 times. Minimum deposit ৳500. Available once per week when depositing for cricket betting.
• gt99 Birthday Gift: Reward up to ৳2,000, wagering 10 times. Can be claimed once after account verification during the registered birthday month.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the required wagering is completed, even if the balance is present. gt99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and modify wagering requirements if there is evidence of bonus abuse.

VIP Program

The gt99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback for Gold.

Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. For example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback — this is the maximum amount for that tier.

Advancement to higher VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and contribution to the platform. gt99 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers, and its decision on this matter is final.

Gaming Rules

8.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on gt99 are operated through certified software providers and governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. It is not possible to predetermine game outcomes in favour of or against any player.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game produces an abnormal result, that round may be declared void and the relevant stake will be refunded. If a winning amount is clearly abnormal or the result of an error, gt99 reserves the right to cancel it.

8.3 Game Interruptions

gt99 will not be held responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by loss of internet connection or device issues. However, the result recorded on the server side will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in your account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

1. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
2. Using software, bots, scripts, or automation to operate games.
3. Exploiting game errors or technical vulnerabilities.
4. Applying low-risk strategies or arbitrage to meet bonus wagering requirements.
5. Using or stealing another user's account credentials.
6. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
7. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
8. Harassing other users or disrupting the environment of the site.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by gt99

gt99 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or the need for investigation. If the allegation is found to be unfounded after investigation, the account will be reactivated.

10.2 Closure at User Request

You may also request to close your account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any outstanding balance before closure. Any bonus or promotional credit remaining in the account at the time of closure will be cancelled.

10.3 Self-Exclusion
